this has hit dripping from it..killer groove. love bass lines like this. vocal melody moves sexy. if this is just an idea, i can't wait for the real deal....keep us posted.

I agree. I was intrigued from the bass intro. Perkie's smoky vocals & sultry delivery give the song a cafe noir feel but there' something about it that also makes me think it could be a HOUSE song too if mixed differently.
Only thing I would change is to bring the vocals up a bit...mebbe a bit of reverb?

Beautiful... simply beautiful... it's such solid writing, and the singing, as usual, is just superb...
Personally, I like this plenty in the state it's in right now!!!!
PLEASE go all the way with this, folks... and I wouldn't mind a shout when it's ready

Smooth bass intro here, with a perfectly suitable voice. The electric piano is fantastic in its conceptual simplicity and the alternating vocals are a great touch! A nice, light, song, no need to complexify it later on apart from a couple of points. Seems like it is headed off in a nice direction.

This is SWEET. Seriously SWEET. Damn that bassline is awesome and Perkie, your vocals are oh so right. I just love this! What a wonderful track.
